The 1125 Litre Hot Wash Pressure Washer Twin Axle Highway is built on a fully welded highway tow able twin axle trailer making it easy to tow to the required destination. The tank is 1125 litres but can changed to a 2000 litre tank. It can be customised and fitted onto a highway tow able trailer, site tow able trailer and a static water tank.

This hotwash pressure washer has a pressure of 40 – 200 bar, 2900 PSI and a flow rate of 450 – 900 litres per hour. The maximum temperature of this unit is 80 – 98 °C. This hotwash unit uses a diesel Yanmar engine and L100 V motor. The Karcher HDS 1000 DE offers optimum ease of use with an automatic burner cut-out in case of water shortage, overheating protection and a ergonomically designed trigger gun for ease of use. For maximum performance the product is fitted with a high-output burner with upright heating coil and for continuous ignition without deflagration. Perfect for removing stubborn encrustations. The unit has a stage V engine to meet emission standards.
