Spreader Plate / Whale Tail Splash Plate (Large)

This water bowser spreader plate / splash plate is designed to produce a whale tail arc. Depending on what type of water pump you are using with this spreader plate / splash plate depends on the size of arc produced.

For example a 2″ Honda water pump will create an Arc of Water on this splash plate Approximately 34ft Wide (10.36m), 25ft Deep (7.62m) when running at approximately 600 lpm. Whereas a 1″ Honda water pump will create a Arc of Water Approximately 16ft Wide (4.8m), 13ft Deep (3.96m) At approximately 100 lpm.

This splash plate is manufactured from a fully welded galvanised steel plate with an approx 11″ long mounting plate that has two M8 mounting holes. Your water bowsers supply hose will fit straight onto the 3/4″ heavy barrel nipple, to dispense the water creating an arc for dust suppression duties. (Please note a water pump is needed to supply water at volume to create arc of water)

2000 Highway tow- 1 x Spreader plate, 1 x 3/4″ galv barrel nipple, 1 x 3/4″ BSP 1″ hosetail, 1 x 3/4″ ball valve, 4x 25-40 hose clips, 2 x M8 bolts, 2x M8 nuts, 2x M8 washer, 12′ of 1″ water hose, 1 x 2″-3/4″ reducing bush and 1x 1″ M/F galv elbow.
