Product description.

The 450 Litre highway tow gas sensitive vacuum tanker (Alan Taylor Unit) is mounted onto a GB approved 1500kg gross capacirty chassis constructed from 100 x 50 RSC with cross bearers suitable for the 450 litre vac tanker. The tanker has a cylindrical section with dished and flanged ends which are fully welded and is constructed from 4mm mild steel. The 450 Litre highway tow gas sensitive vacuum tanker has been hot dip galvanised to BS standards .

It consists of a MEC 1000LPM vacuum pump / compressor with a built in oiler and contains a flame arrestor on the suction inlet / outlet of the vacuum pump. The 450 Litre highway tow vacuum tanker is fitted with a Yanmar Electric key start diesel engine with back up hand recoil and has a lockable ignition box.

Other features of the 450 Litre gas sensitive vacuum tanker ATU (Alan Taylor Unit) include a rear mounted spring rewind hose reel with 16m of 1″ suction hose as well as an additional 20m of suction hose stored in a basket. It has a cam lock fitting’s which allows the hose reel to be connected to either the suction inlet of the tank or the discharge valve.

Availability approximately 12 weeks due to being a bespoke build and can be altered due to meet customers requirements.
