Product description.
This Primary cut off valve is designed to be a safety feature for vacuum tankers to prevent overfilling therefore protecting both the vacuum tank and the vacuum pump connected. The primary syphon cut off valve is fitted internally of the vacuum tank with the top part external of the tank. This device will activate when the tank reaches its maximum fill point, once this happens the 2 internal balls will raise making a blockage in the valve preventing any of the tanks contents from overflowing and making its way to the vacuum pump. It is recommended to partner a primary cut off valve with a secondary cut off valve for increased protection from overfilling the tank. The maximum working pressure of this primary cut off valve is 4 BAR (60psi), with a working temperature of -15DEG to +60DEG.
