This Flame Arrestor is a flame trap that has a dual 1 1⁄2″+ 2″ BSP (F) so that it can be fitted to 1 1⁄2″ or 2″ fitting’s.
The flame trap’s part number is G25001F and is manufactured from Aluminium
This Aluminium flame trap conforms to BS EN ISO 16852: 2016

Trailer Engineering fit these flame trap tank vent cowl’s to their gas sensitive vacuum tankers for extra protection against any escaping gases. A Flame trap is an essential safety equipment that is designed to prevent flashback, and to contain or extinguish a flame where the gas is being purged or vented and could potentially be accidentally ignited.
An optional extra for this flame trap includes 1m of galvanised 1 1⁄2″ tube that is threaded both sides.
