Product description.

This Safety vacuum tanker has been manufactured for the recovery of spilled oil and aviation fuel. Used by a major private aviation airport these vacuum tanker’s have been proven to be a reliable and much needed piece of equipment for maintaining productivity around the airport whilst keeping it safe for its flying operations by removing spilled fuel and oil from a variety of surfaces around the airfield.

The 304 stainless steel vacuum tank with a capacity of 600 Litres has been mounted onto a slow speed site tow galvanised steel trolley trailer and all painted in matching colours.

The Trolley trailer is fitted with Ackerman steering, handbrake, tool box, fire extinguisher, and a lockable cabinet with 2 x roller shutter doors for easy accessibility.

Standard safety features are fitted to this vacuum tanker include Primary overfill protection, secondary overfill protection, PRV (pressure relief valve), Vacuum relief valve, a filter system to catch any oil in the vacuum’s mist and a charcoal filter to reduce any odours and vapours, Flame trap on the vacuum exhaust filter, spark arrestor on the engine, all electrical cables enclosed in conduit and a pressure clock.

There is also 15m of 1 1/2″ aviation anti-static hose fitted onto a ATEX approved hose reel, that is plumbed to fill and empty via a valve system.
